Terms and Conditions
Forever Friends only provides shipping for artisan items purchased online through the Forever Friends Marketplace. We do not mail items for sale or purchased in the shop.
Mailing:
Due to customs and other regulations we only ship our products within the Continential U.S.
Purchases:
Most orders are processed within 2 to 5 days. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email.
Return Policy:
All sales are final and cannot be returned.
Shipping:
Liability for an order shipped from Forever Friends Marketplace transfers to the customer when a package has been accepted by the USPS or UPS. We insure all packages valued at $50 or more. Please advise us if you wish to purchase insurance on purchases under $50 as it is optional. We will contact you for credit card information to add the additional charges.
Damaged Items:
All items sent by Forever Friends Marketplace are shipped in new condition. We inspect every item prior to shipping and insure that it left our shop in perfect condition. By placing an order with Forever Friends Marketplace you agree to and understand the following policies and terms of Forever Friends Marketplace.
If your order has been damaged in transit please take a picture of the packaging and damaged item and contact the carrier
Defects:
Orders cannot be refused or returned because of a defect inherent to the product itself. As an example, all Geode tables are cut from rock formations and have natural imperfections and are not returnable.
We inspect all merchandise prior to delivery and make every effort that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, should you receive something that has an obvious defect that makes the item unusable, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of the item so we can determine how to proceed. Email a picture of the defective item to forever.friends@verizon.net. Put Defective Item as the subject of your email. Please include a phone number where you can be reached. If a return is deemed appropriate, after receiving the item, we will issue a credit to the card you used when you purchased the item.
Security
The security of your information is very important to us. All names and email
addresses entered into our mailing list are secured by the company that processes and sends out our email notices. Your information is never given out or sold and we do not share this information with any other person or party.
Credit card purchases made when shopping at Forever Friends Dollhouses & Miniatures or through Forever Friends Marketplace are processed through the same credit card processor we have used for many years with 100% reliability and trustworthiness. Your information is secured by them and cannot be decoded by any outside source. Your credit card information is not maintained by the processor or by Forever Friends.
