We try to get orders out within 3 business days of the check clearing. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email or phone. All items are shipped to you using the USPS or UPS. The shipping rates are for all items including dollhouses.

Shipping of Dollhouses
Delivery times vary, depending on the manufacturer's stock and the time of year (cutoff dates for ordering assembled dollhouses for holidays can be as early as October). If you would like an estimate of delivery time for assembled dollhouses, please contact us by phone or email. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to respond.
Optional Shipping Insurance: During checkout, you will be given the option to purchase insurance for the items in your order. Insured shipments that are lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge to you provided you inform us immediately of the loss, and assist as necessary with the insurance claim procedures.
If you would like to pick up your order at the shop, you can indicate this during checkout and all shipping charges will be deleted from your order. Maryland's sales tax will be added to all in-store pickups.
If you wish to return any item (except dollhouses and dollhouse kits), you must contact us by phone or email prior to returning the item. A full refund will be given, excluding shipping, if returned within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and condition.
Dollhouses and dollhouse kits are final sales. If necessary, we will arrange for replacement of missing or defective parts. If an assembled house is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to determine if a replacement house needs to be sent. Emailing us pictures of the damaged parts and/or packaging is the best way for us to determine how to handle your claim. Please save all packaging as the shipping company or Forever Friends may want the item returned in the damaged packaging for inspection. A replacement will be sent after the damaged one has been returned to the carrier or to us, as deemed appropriate.
Forever Friends Gift Cards are available in increments of $5 up to $200 per card. You can purchase a Gift Card using a VISA or MasterCard by calling us at 301-774-3037. Your Gift Card will be sent out after payment has been verified. You may have the card sent directly to you or we can send it to another person whose information you provide to us. Please be sure to let us know what you would like an enclosure card to say and how you want it signed. Gift Cards are usually sent out the next business day.
Gift Cards can only be used for purchases in the Forever Friends shop and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may not be used to purchase items online or by telephone. There is no expiration date for Forever Friends Gift Cards.
