Online:
For fast accurate ordering we recommend using the shopping cart system. At this time, credit card orders can not be placed online. Orders from Maryland residents will have 5% sales tax added. If you have any questions about ordering online call us at 301-774-3037.
By Phone:
Call 301-774-3037. We accept Visa and MasterCard. If paying by personal check, please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear the bank. Sorry, no C.O.D. orders can be accepted.
By Mail:
You can pay by VISA, MasterCard, personal check or money order. All payments must be in U.S. funds. If you charge your order to a credit card, please include your name as it appears on your credit card, the entire credit card number, expiration date, the security code on the back of the card that appears after your account number, and your signature. Be sure to include shipping charges. Maryland residents are required to add 5% sales tax. If paying by personal check, please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear the bank.
Shipping (shipping not available outside the U.S.)
We try to get orders out within 3 business days. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email or phone. All items are shipped to you using the USPS or UPS. The shipping rates are for all items including dollhouses.

Shipping of Dollhouses
Delivery times vary, depending on the manufacturer's stock and the time of year (cutoff dates for ordering assembled dollhouses for holidays can be as early as October). If you would like an estimate of delivery time for assembled dollhouses, please contact us by phone or email. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to respond.
Optional Shipping Insurance: During checkout, you will be given the option to purchase insurance for the items in your order. Insured shipments that are lost or damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge to you provided you inform us immediately of the loss, and assist as necessary with the insurance claim procedures.
In-Store Pickup:
If you would like to pick up your order at the shop, you can indicate this during checkout and all shipping charges will be deleted from your order. Maryland's sales tax will be added to all in-store pickups.
Return Policy
If you wish to return any item (except dollhouses and dollhouse kits), you must contact us by phone or email prior to returning the item. A full refund will be given, excluding shipping, if returned within 10 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and condition.
Dollhouses and dollhouse kits are final sales. If necessary, we will arrange for replacement of missing or defective parts. If an assembled house is damaged in transit, we reserve the right to determine if a replacement house needs to be sent. Please save all packaging as the shipping company or Forever Friends may want the item returned in the damaged packaging for inspection. A replacement will be sent after the damaged one has been returned to the carrier or to us, as deemed appropriate.
Gift Cards
Forever Friends Gift Cards are available in increments of $5 up to $100 per card. You can purchase a Gift Card using your VISA or MasterCard. Your Gift Card will be sent out after payment has been verified. You may have the card sent directly to you or we can send it to another person whose information you provide to us. Please be sure to let us know what you would like an enclosure card to say and how you want it signed. Gift Cards are usually sent out the next business day.
Gift Cards can only be used for purchases in the Forever Friends shop and may cannot be redeemed for cash. They may not be used to purchase items online. There is no expiration date for Forever Friends Gift Cards.
